Home Front Inspections offers inspection services for the following types of homes and properties:
Newly constructed properties, Pre-existing properties,"End of warranty" Inspections, and Phasal Inspections.
A clear, concise report with a full color photo and a complete walk through with the client is provided.
Regular Inspections
Our all-inclusive inspection is $250.00 for homes up to 2500 sq. ft. after that it is $0.10 a sq. ft. up to 5000 sq. ft. Please call for quote on all houses greater than 5000 sq.ft.
Special pricing is available for homes equal to or less than 1500 sq. ft. ($200.00)
Condo Inspectin Fee $125.00 - $150.00
W.D.I. (Wood Destroying Instect) inspections are not included and are a separate charge.
Phasal Inspections
Phasal inspections are offered at a rate of $50.00 per phase of construction, plus regular base pricing for completed home.

A/C Freon Check- $50.00
Out of area charge (more than 1 hr drive time) $50.00.
